3. Delivery Terms & Conditions

Additional Delivery Information:

• Delivery fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
• Food deliveries must be accepted by someone at the delivery address
• Merchandise orders may have different delivery timeframes than food orders
• We reserve the right to refuse delivery service at our discretion

4. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Payment must be made at the time of order placement
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable
• We accept payment via credit/debit cards processed securely through Stripe
• You are responsible for ensuring payment information is accurate

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Order Cancellations:

• Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund
• Food orders with advance notice cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled delivery
• Merchandise orders may be cancelled before shipment

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds for valid orders that were fulfilled
• Quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

6. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

7. Food Safety and Allergies

Important: While we offer various dietary options (vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free), we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from allergens due to shared kitchen equipment.

• Please inform us of any allergies when ordering
• We take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation
• Customers with severe allergies order at their own risk
• Menu descriptions are provided in good faith but may not list all ingredients
• We reserve the right to refuse orders if we cannot safely accommodate dietary restrictions
